		St Mary's is about to embark on an exciting redevelopment project. A failing heating system, and a building that needs to be more accessible as required by the Disability Discrimination Acts. To build on the heritage of 800 years of Christian worship in Billingshurst, and have a church building fit for the 21st Century, at the centre of the community. 9 and 10 October 2010 Reordering Project Launch. Details to follow. 29 October 2009 The West Sussex County Times reports on the "major refit". 22 September 2009 The PCC (Parochial Church Council) unanimously votes in favour of the reordering.
