		Baptism guide The Vicar writes... At St Mary's, we offer two ways of welcoming your child into the family of the church: Baptism and Thanksgiving for the Gift of a Child. This section of the website is designed for those who are enquiring about Infant Baptism. If you need any more information, or if you would like to talk things through, get in touch with the church office. Baptisms and Thanksgivings take place within one of our main Sunday services at 9:30am and 11am. Possible dates will only be discussed during the Baptism Preparation. In Baptism, especially, part of your commitment is to help your child, both by teaching and example, to be a regular member of the worshipping church.
